The condominium association of this notable high-rise luxury tower in South Beach wanted to renovate their social and media rooms upgrading its systems, finishes and furniture in hopes to get more use out of the spaces and elevate the level of services rendered by the building. I lead the interior architecture
design of the spaces, while the Principal and interior designer at LPDL lead the material and finishes treatments for the spaces. LPDL presented two alternatives
to the condominium association, and as of date, a modified alternative between these two has been presented and under study by the condominium
association. Based on the architectural and furniture layouts shown here, a furniture selections package and materials have been presented by the interior design team of the project.
