Design for a 75’ high, 7 story, 32’ wide by 82’ deep building, with 10 condominiums, ground level retail and split level egress stairs. The site provided access from the front street and the rear/side street where an entry yard and lobby was located. The facade is exposed concrete walls and curtain glass ‘bay window’ protrusions with a  balcony accessed from both sides.

The materials for the building were exposed concrete, wood floors, wood doors, ceramic tiles, wood cabinetry and marble countertops. Each 850 sf one-bedroom, one-bath unit, occupies a split level and has direct elevator access entry. The ample windows with 180 degree exposure make these compact units feel ample and airy. Atop the building are two private roof decks, and once common for the building.
